How to submit data

1. Upload at the same time as placing your order

Submit your order via the upload form on the order page.

There is a "File Upload" option above the "Add to Cart" button.
Press the "Select" button to display the folders inside the device and select the data you want to print.

*Please note that the data capacity is limited to 500MB.

Multiple items can be uploaded at the same time

Select the file and click "Open" to upload it.
Select other required items and then select Add to Cart.
*This may take some time depending on the file size.
*Thumbnails may be displayed depending on the file format.

Please be careful about the number of items and data you order.

The "Quantity ordered" and "Number uploaded" in the blue box are not automatically linked, so please double-check the number of images you wish to print and the number of images you wish to upload.

2. Upload after ordering

We will explain how to upload your data using GigaFile (up to 300GB per file).

Access the GigaFile site

Access GigaFile ( https://gigafile.nu/ ) and download the data to be submitted into "Upload" (drag and drop the file here), or select the location of the data to be submitted from "Select File" below and select the file.

If a holiday falls on the date and time of your request, the retention period may expire before you can check the data, so please set the period to a longer period.
(The retention period must be selected before uploading the data.)

If you have multiple pieces of data, it is convenient to combine them into a folder using ZIP or other software and make them into a single file.

Send upload information to PHOTOPRI

Verify that the file has been uploaded correctly and open the email tab.
Please enter the necessary information (in the box below) in the "Notes" field, enter our email address (info@photopri.com) in the text box in the "Enter your email address" field, and then click the "Send upload information" button.

Output file formats

We recommend the TIF format because it is lossless compression.

Multiple layers and embedded smart objects may cause unexpected errors during output, so be sure to merge layers and submit the image as a single image.

In order to avoid unexpected color differences, we ask that you develop the images yourself as much as possible. (We recommend exporting the images in TIF or PSD format.)
RAW data is output in AdobeRGB/16bit, but please let us know if you have a preferred profile.
Adobe Photoshop .psd Multiple layers and embedded smart objects can cause unexpected errors when outputting, so be sure to merge the layers and submit the image as a single image.
Also, PSB format is not supported, so please export in a compatible format such as PSD or TIF.
Adobe Illustrator .ai

Please submit linked images either embedded within the document or with the linked image located at the same level in a folder.
If you use paths or effects, please rasterize them and be sure to merge the layers before submitting your work, as this may cause unexpected errors when outputting.

Please note that if an unexpected error occurs with data that has not been rasterized, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

PDF .pdf If you set multiple pages within one data, the color may change when it is output, so please make sure to submit only one page per data.

Points to note when creating data for submission

Recommended resolution

Recommended value: 350ppi
(For large sizes A2 and above, the acceptable resolution is approximately 200ppi.)

If the resolution of the data you submit is significantly low, we will contact you by email.
If you have any concerns about the resolution, please write it in the comments section when ordering.

Color Mode

RGB
We will open it with the color profile you provided and print it with the color profile that matches the paper.
We recommend using the AdobeRGB color profile when exporting.

CMYK
We will open it with the color profile you provided and print it with the color profile that matches the paper.
Rich black and special colors are not supported.

Grayscale <br/>It will open with the color profile you submitted and print with the color profile that matches the paper.

*If you submit an untagged image (an image exported with the color profile discarded), the image will be output assuming the following profile.
