If you would like your product to arrive earlier than the normal delivery time, we can also accommodate your request at a [express rate].
Depending on the content of your order, we charge 20-50% of the order amount.

Printing delivery date
Items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment and data verification.
Large formats of A2 size or larger with 7 or more pages, A3 size or smaller with 10 or more pages will be shipped in approximately 5 to 7 business days.
If you are ordering more than 20 sheets, please contact us in advance as the delivery time may be longer depending on the number of sheets.
Trial printing delivery time
Due to a rush of orders, it will take 5 to 7 business days for trial prints to be shipped.
Framing delivery date
*Since it is made after ordering, it will take approximately 10 business days to ship. (It takes about 10 to 14 business days for wooden panel processing to be shipped.)

Caption panel delivery date
5 pieces or less: Ships in 5 business days.
6 or more pieces: Ships in 10 business days.
20 pieces or more: We will inform you of the delivery date separately.

Shipping notes
- Shipping charges are per delivery destination. If shipping to multiple locations, shipping charges will apply for each location.
- If you wish to have individual packaging, we will charge 200 yen/piece for 3 or more items. (We will bundle multiple packaging boxes into one and ship it, but if the item is oversized and multiple items will be shipped, additional shipping charges will be applied.)
- If you have a specific arrival date, please enter it in the notes section.
- Basically, we use Sagawa Express and Yamato Transport, but if you have a request, we will quote the price each time.
- The paper is provided rolled up like toilet paper, and most of the paper has the original curling tendency, so it will need to be processed after it arrives.
If you really want to relax, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. - Print delivery and frame delivery will be charged separately.
- After shipping, if the item is returned to us due to long-term absence or unknown address, return shipping fees and re-delivery fees will be charged. Please note.

Cash on delivery (cannot be framed)
We charge a flat rate of 440 yen nationwide as a cash on delivery fee.
If you are ordering a framed item, cash on delivery is not possible as the item may be shipped directly from our affiliated frame manufacturer.
*If you select Nekopos and choose cash on delivery, the item will be shipped via Sagawa cash on delivery.
We have prepared samples of all 22 types of paper available at PHOTOPRI so that you can actually touch and compare the texture of the paper.
By scanning the QR code, you can jump to the order page for each paper.
Not only can you compare the feel and thickness, but you can also use it as a test when processing or painting paper.
The size will be approximately 40mm x 50mm.
Notes
・It will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
- If you would like cash on delivery, it will be difficult to ship via Nekopos, so we will use regular shipping. After completing your order, we will contact you with the final payment amount, which includes the cash-on-delivery fee (440 yen) and standard shipping fee , so please make the payment upon arrival.
・We provide the paper at almost cost price to check the texture and color of the paper. Please forgive slight scratches, dirt, and size differences. When placing an order, we perform a detailed check.
