Shipping notes

Shipping charges are per delivery destination. If shipping to multiple locations, shipping charges will apply for each location.
If you wish to have individual packaging, we will charge 200 yen/piece for 3 or more items. (We will bundle multiple packaging boxes into one and ship it, but if the item is oversized and multiple items will be shipped, additional shipping charges will be applied.)
If you have a specific arrival date, please enter it in the notes section.
Basically, we use Sagawa Express and Yamato Transport, but if you have a request, we will quote the price each time.
The paper is provided rolled up like toilet paper, and most of the paper has the original curling tendency, so it will need to be processed after it arrives.
If you really want to relax, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Print delivery and frame delivery will be charged separately.
After shipping, if the item is returned to us due to long-term absence or unknown address, return shipping fees and re-delivery fees will be charged. Please note.

Roll it up in kraft paper and pack it in a special box.
A handling precaution sticker will be wrapped around the box, and an address sticker and a shipping sticker will be affixed.
If the product price exceeds 8,000 yen, shipping is free.

This has the effect of suppressing and alleviating the tendency of paper to curl during shipping.
However, it is difficult to completely remove the curl, so you will need to process it and leave it for some time after it arrives.

Japanese-made aluminum frames / wood frames are free shipping (2,400 yen only to Okinawa prefecture and remote islands), and the shipping charges for other frames are listed below.
The products will be shipped directly from the partner to the customer, and if there are simultaneous orders for printing, the products may be shipped separately.

Cash on delivery (cannot be framed)

We charge a flat rate of 440 yen nationwide as a cash on delivery fee.
If you are ordering a framed item, cash on delivery is not possible as the item may be shipped directly from our affiliated frame manufacturer.
*If you select Nekopos and choose cash on delivery, the item will be shipped via Sagawa cash on delivery.
