We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage of PHOTOPRI, our photography and art exhibition quality printing service.
We are pleased to announce that we will be changing the prices of the following popular products.
1. "Printed on Hahnemühle fine art paper"
② "Frame service"
The new prices will be applied sequentially to orders received on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 (orders placed after 12:00 noon on September 30).
At PHOTOPRI, our mission is to support the creative activities of artists, and we offer services without compromising on the quality of the equipment, paper, and framing we use.
However, as you may know, the cost of raw materials, energy, and transportation has continued to rise worldwide in recent years, and import prices for Hahnemühle and other photographic paper products are currently increasing periodically.
There is only one distributor in Japan that imports Hahnemühle paper, so we currently have no room to negotiate the purchase price.
In addition, for framing services, the prices of materials such as wood, aluminum, and acrylic panels continue to rise.
Until now, we have endeavored to maintain our prices through corporate efforts such as improving operational efficiency, but unfortunately, it has become difficult to maintain our previous prices.
In response to this situation, we have been considering introducing alternative paper that is more affordable while maintaining quality in order to broaden our customers' options. As a result, we added a new fine art paper to our lineup in July of this year, which has been well received.
Additionally, for our framing services, we are continuing to make efforts to reduce costs, including by finding new suppliers that meet our current quality standards.
This price revision is a difficult decision that we have made in order to maintain the quality required to finish your work in the best possible way and continue to provide you with an even more satisfying service.
We kindly ask for your understanding and consideration of the circumstances.
We will continue to strive to further improve our quality and service, and we sincerely hope for your continued patronage.
