If you would like a non-standard finished size,
① Select a standard size that fits both the short and long sides of the desired size (red frame).
Select the non-standard size in ② and enter the desired short and long sides. (We cannot accept requests for lengths of less than 1 mm.)

When the desired size is 140mm x 200mm, select A5 (148 x 210mm) as the paper size.
②Select the number of sheets
If there are multiple print data items with the same paper size and layout, you can add them to your cart at once.

○With border (if border width is not specified)
The image will be automatically laid out with a 3mm border on either the short or long side without any cropping or changes to the ratio.
○With border (if border width is specified)
When specifying the border width, please specify the top, bottom, left and right border widths.
(Edge widths of 3mm or less cannot be specified.)
○Bordered (specify image size)
When specifying the size of the image to be placed on the paper, please enter the short and long sides of the image size. (Border widths of 3mm or less cannot be specified.)
○Borderless (enlarged or reduced to fit paper size)
A minimum 3mm bleed will occur to accommodate the paper ratio.
If you have created your data to fit the exact paper size, please select "Maintain original size and submit complete data."
*Please note that we cannot accept the largest size "borderless" due to the machine specifications.
○ Submit complete data <br>The data will be output without resizing. If you would like to include margins, please create data with margins.
If the data size you submit is exactly the same as the paper size,
Please select this option if you have created margins in anticipation of a matte window.
*Full data submissions of the maximum size are only accepted if margins of 3mm or more are set.
If you wish to have the data cut to its original size so that there are no margins,

Based on this order, you can order a test print for color proofing.

*Test printing is available only for the data used for this order.
Price: 1,100 yen per piece (cash on delivery not available)
Delivery time: 3 business days
The document will be delivered in a reduced format of A4 size using the same paper and print settings as when you placed your order.
Please note that it takes 3 business days for the test print to be shipped, so please keep this in mind regarding the final delivery date.
All items will be shipped via Nekopos (postage to your mailbox).
If you order 3 copies of A3 size and request a test print for all of them, the total will be 7 business days. *The above is an example and will vary depending on the content and number of copies of your order.
- If you cancel your order after the test print, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of the test print and 50% of the total amount of the actual print order.
- If you are unsure about the paper you are ordering, we can also accommodate A4 test prints on other paper types (1,100 yen/sheet) by writing this in the notes section.
- If you resubmit your print after the test print and perform another test print, an additional 1,100 yen per page will be charged.

*Please select a printing size that fits the mat window dimensions plus 5mm on each side.

*If you would like an overmat and panel backing, please select the same paper size as the frame size regardless of the size of the mat window.

If you're unsure about which paper to use...
This is a print set that allows you to actually print your data on bordered A5 size paper so you can compare the texture and color of the paper.
We offer four types of sets - "Glossy Paper Set," "Matte Paper Set," "Illustration Set," and "All Paper Set" - so that you can compare different papers to suit your style.

These are samples of all 22 types of paper available at PHOTOPRI. The size is approximately 40mm x 50mm.
Not only can you compare the feel and thickness, but you can also use it as a test paper when processing or painting the paper.

2. Order acceptance completed
Once checkout is complete, an order completion email will be sent to your registered email address.
If there are no errors in the data or order details, your order will be accepted .
Please note that the following statuses mean that your application has not been accepted.
① If you would like to check the layout
If you would like to confirm the layout, your order will be considered complete when we receive your confirmation of the layout we have sent you.
Please note that the delivery date will be delayed to accommodate the confirmation.
If any layout revisions are required, your order will be considered complete when we notify you of the final output layout.

② If you have not uploaded your data when placing your order
When you add a product to your cart, you can upload the details along with it.
If you do not upload your data at checkout, but submit it later using GigaFile or another service, your submission will be considered complete once we have confirmed your data.
*If you use PHOTOPRI's dedicated upload form , please contact us at info@photopri.com to let us know that you have completed your submission.
③If you choose bank transfer
Your order will be considered complete once we have confirmed your payment.
Please note that even if you have specified an arrival date or desired delivery date, we will not be able to proceed with printing if we are unable to confirm your payment.

④If there is a problem with your order
If we find any errors in the information you entered when placing your order or in the data you submitted, we will contact you via your registered email address.

3. Shipping of works
If your order is received by noon (order, payment, and data confirmation completed), it will be treated as received on the same day.
Example: Shipment within 3 business days
Orders received on January 1st at 11:59am → Orders received on the 1st (same day) → Shipped on the 3rd
Orders received by 12:00 on January 1st → Orders received on the 2nd (next day) → Shipped on the 4th
Giclee Print
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt.
For large documents (7 or more sheets, A2 size or larger) or 10 or more sheets, A3 size or smaller, shipping will take approximately 5 to 7 business days.
For orders of more than 20 items, please contact us in advance as the delivery time may be longer depending on the size and quantity.
Framing and processing
Your order will be shipped within 10 to 14 business days after receipt.
If you are ordering more than 20 items, please contact us in advance as it will take longer to deliver.
Trial Print
Your order will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days after receipt.
All paper samples
Your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after receipt.
Captions Panel
Your order will be shipped within 5 business days of receipt.
For orders of 6 or more items, shipping will take 10 business days .
If you are ordering more than 20 items, the delivery time will be longer depending on the number of items, so please consult with us in advance.
