Turnaround Times
The times on this page show when your order is expected to leave us, not when it will arrive. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination — see our shipping page for delivery areas and rates.
When will my order ship?
Giclée prints normally ship in 3 business days. Framing and finishing take approximately 14 business days.
Your order is treated as received that day if the order, the payment, and confirmation of your print files are all completed by 11:59 on a business day. If any of those steps finishes at or after 12:00, the order is treated as received on the next business day.
Once items are in your cart, the store shows an estimated dispatch date for that specific order. Please check it before you pay — it reflects the quantities you have actually chosen.

Business days do not include Japanese public holidays or our own closure days.
Photo cards placed in the same cart as your main order are shipped together with that order.
Do you ship within Japan or internationally?
We ship to addresses within Japan. If your delivery address is in Japan, you can order as usual. Shipping to addresses outside Japan is currently suspended.
Delivery to islands administered by Tokyo or Kagoshima Prefecture, and to destinations in Okinawa Prefecture, usually takes about 3 to 5 days longer than standard delivery.
Do holiday periods affect turnaround?
Yes. Special turnaround times apply around New Year, Golden Week, Silver Week and Obon. Check the current notice on the site before you order.
