- Your order will be shipped within 14 business days after your order has been accepted (payment and data confirmation has been completed). *Please note that if there are any errors in the data or confirmation work is required, the delivery date will be delayed.

Shipping Notice
- Shipping fee is per delivery address. If you send to multiple addresses, shipping fee will be charged for each address.
- If you would like to have your items individually packed, we will charge 200 yen per item for packages of 3 or more. (We will bundle multiple boxes together for shipping, but if multiple items are shipped due to oversize items, etc., additional shipping fees will be charged.)
- If you have a specific arrival date, please write it in the comments section.
- We generally use Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport, but if you have a preference, we will quote you a price each time.
- The base paper is provided rolled up in a tube, and in most cases it has a curl to it, so you will need to process it after it arrives.
If you absolutely need to ease the restrictions, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. - Please note that if the item is returned to us due to an extended absence or an unknown address, return shipping fees and redelivery fees will be charged.
- We cannot change the delivery address after your order has been accepted.
- We cannot accommodate transfers after shipment.

About delivery method
Standard Shipping 
For printing only: Free shipping for orders over 8,000 yen.
It is rolled up in craft paper and packed in a special box.
The box is wrapped in bubble wrap and a handling sticker, and then address and delivery labels are attached.
If framing is included: This varies depending on the framing and processing method, so please contact us for details.
*If you purchase multiple items, the shipping fee will vary depending on the combination. Please add the items to your cart and enter your address on the checkout screen, and the shipping fee will be calculated automatically.
*The delivery company is one of the companies we normally use and may change without notice depending on factors such as order quantity, specifications, and direct shipment from subcontractors.

Flat Shipping
This has the effect of preventing and reducing the tendency of paper to curl during shipping.
However, it is difficult to completely remove the curl, so you will need to process it or leave it for a while after it arrives.
If the product price exceeds 15,000 yen, shipping is free.

Nekoposu
You can choose Nekopos delivery for orders of A4 size or smaller, trial printing, paper samples, etc., for a flat rate of 385 yen nationwide.
Please note that this delivery method involves placing the item in the post box of the delivery address and cannot be delivered by hand.
Please note that test prints will be delivered via Nekoposu at a flat rate.

Cash on delivery (framing and test prints not available)
We charge a flat rate of 440 yen nationwide for cash on delivery.
Cash on delivery is not available for orders that include framed/processed products and test prints.
*If you select Nekoposu and then choose cash on delivery, the item will be shipped as cash on delivery using an alternative delivery method, and an additional fee will be charged for the difference in price.
- To prevent printing in an unintended layout, please be sure to check "About Printing Layout" before placing your order .
- "Bordered" and "Borderless" will enlarge or reduce the image to fit the paper size . Please note that "Borderless" will always result in cropping of the image .
- For "bordered" prints, the margins that can be specified are 3mm or more on each side . Due to paper feeding issues, there may be a deviation of 1-3mm, and the margins may not be uniform.
- "Maintain original size and submit complete data" will not enlarge or reduce images.
- When printing a square image , if you do not specify the paper orientation, the image will be printed randomly .
- When cutting the paper to fit an image, the image may be missing approximately 1 mm on each side.
- Thick paper may leave faint ink stains on the back of the paper.

The total amount will be calculated automatically based on your order.
- 10% off for orders over 10 items
- 30 items or more 12% off
- 50 items or more 13% OFF
- 100 points or more 15% off
*For framed items, printed items and framed items may be displayed separately, but they will be counted as one item in total.
*Products such as a set of 10 pieces will be calculated based on the number of sets.

If you have different frame types or sizes, you can combine them into one order by adding each frame to your cart.
Upload your data
Select the data you want to print by clicking "File Upload".
The number of data items and the number of items ordered are not linked, so you will need to change the number of items manually.

Once you have completed checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email.
If there are no errors in the data or order details, your order will be accepted.
If you would like to confirm the layout, your request will be considered complete once we receive your confirmation.

Delivery of the work
If your order is received by noon, it will be processed on the same day and shipped within 14 business days of receipt.

Please order the paper size that fits the long and short sides, and then specify the finished dimensions using the "Custom Size" option .
Example) If you want 200mm x 290mm
Please select "A4 (210 x 297)" , select the "Custom Size" option, and write 290 for the "long side" and 200 for the "short side" before placing your order.
*If you would like a custom size and "framed/panel option", we will provide a quote each time.
We may be able to accommodate this for an additional fee if it is possible, taking into account the number and size of the items, so please contact us first.
It's not just the number of pixels that matters, but also the resolution.
