PHOTOPRI offers a wide variety of paper.
Please choose the paper that best suits your project.
How to choose paper
If you would like to see the actual paper before making a decision, we recommend a trial print .
We can also send you an email to see your work and make suggestions. Please contact us if you have any requests.
This is a process that enlarges or reduces the data you receive to fit the paper size, even if it does not fit the paper size.
There are three options available: bordered, borderless, and full data submission, and you can choose the one that best suits you.
*If you do not select the most suitable option, the result may not be what you intended, so please read the URL below beforehand and provide your instructions.
*If you would like to check the layout before printing, please check the box on the order page. Our staff will send you the layout by email on the day of order reception.
We can adjust the layout after viewing it, so please let us know your preferences after checking it.
We can produce any size within the range listed in the price list .
Please select the paper size that fits the long and short sides, then select " Delivery size: Non-standard size " and specify the delivery size. *You can calculate the paper size that fits using the "Non-standard size calculation tool" on the order page.
Example: If you want 200mm x 290mm
Please select "A4 (210 x 297)" and "Non-standard size" , then enter 290 for the "long side" and 200 for the "short side" of the delivery size when placing your order.
*For non-standard sizes, we can accommodate up to 4m on the long side as long as the short side is within 1118mm. First, select the largest size on the order page, then enter your desired size in the comments section or delivery size section. We will inform you of the official price later.
*If one sheet is cut and delivered as two sheets, we will charge you for the number of sheets delivered.
We offer " all paper samples " so that you can compare the texture of the paper.
We also offer a trial printout , where you can print the data on A5 size paper and compare the color and other aspects.
For the trial print, you can choose from the "Glossy Paper Set," "Matte Paper Set," "Illustration Set," "Washi Paper Set," "Canvas Set," and "All Paper Set."
All of the papers we stock are only suitable for single-sided printing.

About framing and processing
The paper will be pasted onto the top surface of a wooden panel. (The paper will not be folded.)
The sides are designed to be hidden by tape.
The panel thickness is a minimum of 17mm and a maximum of 29.5mm.
The thickness will vary depending on stock availability and size at the time of order.
The following papers are not supported: Hahnemuhle, some ILFORD papers, and PICTARN.
(*Due to the characteristics of the paper, there is a tendency for the edges to become frayed and for the ink to crack. Therefore, we generally do not accept requests for this unless you are absolutely certain and have accepted the risks.)
More information on wood panels
This process involves attaching a styrene panel that matches the size of the photo to the back to maintain smoothness.
*The styrene panel is 5mm thick.
[Points to note]
① While it may be suitable for short-term use, it is not suitable for long-term use (approximately 2 weeks or more) or for sale. Gases emitted from the adhesive may cause the paper to lift, warp, or otherwise deteriorate. Please note that it is particularly susceptible to sudden changes in temperature and humidity.
② There is a possibility that ink cracks will appear on the cut edges and the paper will become noticeably frayed.
The following paper types are not supported: Hahnemuhle, PICTRAN, and ILFORD.

About submitted data
You can check the data even before placing your order or making payment.

*Please note that the optimal number of pixels and resolution will vary depending on the customer's desired values.
Recommended pixel count and resolution
*If you want to know the actual size of your image, please use the automatic calculation tool below.
Our recommended resolution is approximately 200-350 ppi when the data is adjusted to the paper size.
For larger sizes (A0, B0, etc.), it depends on the content of the data, but as long as it is not viewed up close, a resolution of around 100 ppi is acceptable.
If you would like to confirm before placing an order, please contact us by email. We can also suggest the appropriate output size based on the data.

Recommended pixel count and resolution
*If you are unsure of the actual size of your image, please use the automatic calculation tool below.
We can show you the print layout.
When placing an order, there is a checkbox called "Confirm layout," so please check "Confirm" before placing your order.
If you wish, we will send you the print layout by email after confirming your submitted data.
After confirming the layout, the date and time of your order completion will be when we receive your reply that you are OK to proceed.
Standard delivery time is 3 business days for printing only and 14 business days for printing and framing.
The deadline for submission is noon.
Submissions received after noon will be accepted the next business day.
Once all submissions, payment confirmation (bank transfer only) and layout confirmation are completed in the morning, your order will be accepted on the day.

*RAW, PSB, and eps data are not supported.
*Due to color restrictions, we can only accept single-page PDF files .
Since this service outputs RGB, there is no need to convert image data etc. to CMYK.
RGB output allows for a wider color space than CMYK.
Even if the size is not on the list, you can order it as a "non-standard size."

The number of pixels can be calculated from image data from a digital camera or other device using the formula below.
Number of pixels = vertical pixels × horizontal pixels
For example, if the image is 1600 x 1200 pixels, the above formula gives 1,920,000 pixels, which means it was taken with a 1.92 megapixel digital camera.
How to check the pixel count
We have listed the resolutions and pixel counts for the iPhone series from iPhone 5 onwards.
I have also summarized the maximum size that can be enlarged if the camera resolution is set to maximum, so I hope this is helpful.
The font you used may be different because it is not installed on our computer.
Please be sure to rasterize your AI data before submitting it.

When uploading large amounts of data, please use a storage service such as Gigafile and provide us with the download URL.
Image data, etc. sent at the time of ordering will be deleted after a one-month retention period.
Please rest assured that your information will be stored on a computer with security measures in place while we are in custody.

Delivery time, shipping and delivery
Below are the shortest delivery times for each product.
Please note that this may vary depending on the contents of your order.
■Giclee print delivery time
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after your order is accepted (payment and data confirmation completed).
For large documents (A2 size or larger) of 7 or more sheets, or A3 size or smaller of 10 or more sheets, shipping will take approximately 5 to 7 business days .
If you are ordering more than 20 sheets, the delivery time will be longer depending on the number of sheets, so please contact us in advance.
If you order framing and processing at the same time, they will be shipped together, so it will take approximately 14 business days from the time your order is received.
■Photo card delivery time
For orders up to 2 sets (20 sheets), shipping will take place within 3 business days after your order is accepted (payment and data confirmation completed).
For orders of 3 sets (30 sheets) or more, shipping will take approximately 5 business days .
*If it takes more than 5 business days, we will contact you in advance.
If you place this order in the same cart as this order (printing and framing), it will be shipped together with this order. Please contact us for detailed delivery times.
■ Delivery time for all paper samples
Once your order is received, it will take 3 to 5 business days for it to be shipped.
■ Trial printing delivery time
Your order will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days after your order is accepted (payment and data confirmation completed).
■Framing and processing delivery time
Your order will be shipped approximately 14 business days after your order is accepted (payment and data confirmation completed).
For multiple items or custom sizes, delivery times may be longer, so please consult with us in advance.
■ Caption panel delivery time
5 or less: Ships within 5 business days .
6 or more: Ships within 10 business days .
20 or more: Delivery time will be notified separately.
At the moment, it is not possible to respond urgently.

Our logo is pasted on a simple plain item with a sticker.
The package will not have any problems even if the delivery requester is changed, but if you wish, we can also deliver the package without the logo sticker.

Depending on the timing, we may not be able to make it in time, so please call us as soon as possible. We will provide you with information on how to resubmit your manuscript.
