[Delivery dates during the Obon period in August]

Our services will continue to operate as normal during the Obon period.

For some framed products, delivery may take longer than usual due to the closure of our processing partners around the Obon period (Friday, August 8th to Sunday, August 17th).

If you have a preferred delivery date, we would appreciate it if you could contact us in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your understanding.

Additionally, delivery delays are expected due to congestion on shipping routes around the Obon period.

If you have a desired delivery date, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
