Print delivery date
After confirmation of payment and data, it will be shipped within 3 business days.
Trial print deadline
Due to the flood of orders, it will take 5-7 business days to ship the trial prints.
Framed delivery date
*It takes about 10 business days to ship because it is made after ordering. (It takes about 10 to 14 business days to ship only wooden panel processing.)

Notes on shipping
- Shipping fee is per delivery address. Shipping to multiple locations will incur additional shipping charges.
- If you would like individual packing, we will charge 200 yen per piece for 3 or more. (We will bundle multiple boxes together for shipping, but additional shipping fees will be charged if multiple items are shipped due to size overage, etc.)
- If you have a specific arrival date, please fill it in the remarks column.
- Basically, we will use Sagawa express service, but if you have a request, we will estimate the amount each time.
- The base paper is rolled like toilet paper, and most of them have the original curl of the paper, so it is necessary to process it after arrival.
If you really want to relax, we are accepting consultations, and we will respond as much as possible, so please let us know. - Print shipping and frame shipping are separate shipping charges.

A highly artistic and supple paper with an elegant texture on the surface.
This paper is especially recommended for high-contrast black-and-white photos and fine art reproductions that require saturation. In addition, many inkjet papers use anti-bleeding agents and fluorescent brighteners in the base paper (base paper).
Velvet Fine Art Paper does not contain anti-bleeding agents or optical brighteners that oxidize paper fibers and cause paper to deteriorate/discolor over time.
Furthermore, by using neutral base paper made from 100% cotton fiber, deterioration of the paper is minimized, enabling longer storage.
*Because this paper has a texture, it is not possible to completely avoid contamination with foreign matter. please note that.

- The image is provided by Mr. "kat love" , and for this order, the data provided by the customer will be output.

- For "Bordered/Borderless", the data is stretched to the size you ordered , so there is no need for you to edit the image size.
- "Keep original size/Complete data submission" does not adjust the size because it is a complete data submission . Please check here for details .
- The margins that can be specified for top, bottom, left, and right are 4 mm or more , but there may be a shift of 1 to 3 mm due to paper feeding problems.
