Printing delivery date
Items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment and data verification.
Large formats of A2 size or larger with 7 or more pages, A3 size or smaller with 10 or more pages will be shipped in approximately 5 to 7 business days.
If you are ordering more than 20 sheets, please contact us in advance as the delivery time may be longer depending on the number of sheets.
Trial printing delivery time
Due to a rush of orders, it will take 5 to 7 business days for trial prints to be shipped.
Framing delivery date
*Since it is made after ordering, it will take approximately 10 business days to ship. (It takes about 10 to 14 business days for wooden panel processing to be shipped.)

Caption panel delivery date
5 pieces or less: Ships in 5 business days.
6 or more pieces: Ships in 10 business days.

Shipping notes
- Shipping charges are per delivery destination. If shipping to multiple locations, shipping charges will apply for each location.
- If you wish to have individual packaging, we will charge 200 yen/piece for 3 or more items. (We will bundle multiple packaging boxes into one and ship it, but if the item is oversized and multiple items will be shipped, additional shipping charges will be applied.)
- If you have a specific arrival date, please enter it in the notes section.
- Basically, we use Sagawa Express and Yamato Transport, but if you have a request, we will quote the price each time.
- The paper is provided rolled up like toilet paper, and most of the paper has the original curling tendency, so it will need to be processed after it arrives.
If you really want to relax, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. - Print delivery and frame delivery will be charged separately.
- After shipping, if the item is returned to us due to long-term absence or unknown address, return shipping fees and re-delivery fees will be charged. Please note.

We charge a flat rate of 440 yen nationwide as a cash on delivery fee.
If you are ordering a framed item, cash on delivery is not possible as the item may be shipped directly from our affiliated frame manufacturer.
*If you select Nekopos and choose cash on delivery, the item will be shipped via Sagawa cash on delivery.
- Even if the size is not listed, we can cut it and deliver it to you! (Please specify in the notes when ordering which size fits your desired size horizontally and vertically)
- "With border/without border" data is enlarged to the size ordered , so there is no need for the customer to edit the image size.
- For "Maintain original size/complete data submission", size adjustment will not be performed as complete data is submitted . Please check here for details .
- The margins that can be specified for the top, bottom, left, and right are 4 mm or more , but due to paper feeding issues, the margins may be off by about 1 to 3 mm.
- When outputting square works to paper sizes with different aspect ratios , if you do not specify the paper orientation, we will output it automatically .
- When cutting to fit the image, the image will be missing approximately 1mm on each side due to manual cutting.

Please order the paper size that fits the long and short sides, and then specify the finished dimensions using the "Custom Size" option .
Example) If you want 200mm x 290mm
