Below we will explain how to use the over-matt processing product page.
*Although the product page for ordering "Frame & Book Mat" is different, you can order it using the same procedure as "Frame & Overmat".
■Select the number of items to order
If there are multiple output data with the same finished size and layout, you can add them to your cart at once.
Please change the number in the red box to the desired score.
■Selection of processing
Click on the red box to display the options.
Please choose "Overmat" or "Overmat & Panel Backing".
*When selecting the printing size, if you would like an "overmat" please select a paper size that is approximately 5mm larger on each side than the mat window size.If you would like an "overmat & panel backing" please select a paper size that is the same as the frame size regardless of the mat window size .
*This option is not available on the book mat product page.
■Selecting the finished size
You can choose from standard sizes such as A4 and B4.
Click the red frame to display other sizes.
Please select from the sizes displayed in the yellow frame.
②Select paper
Please select the paper you want.
③Please select the printing size and enter the mat window dimensions.
*Please select a printing size that fits the mat window dimensions plus 5mm on each side.
*The minimum width of the mat is 20mm on each side.
*If you would like an overmat and panel backing, please select the same paper size as the frame size regardless of the size of the mat window.

③Select paper type and print size
Please select your desired paper type, choose the size of the print, and enter the dimensions of the matte window.
*Please select a printing size that fits the mat window dimensions plus 5mm on each side.
For example, if you require a matte window size of 200*287mm, the paper size will be A4.
*The minimum width of the mat is 20mm on each side.
*If you would like an overmat and panel backing, please select the same paper size as the frame size regardless of the size of the mat window.
■Select frame color and matte color
■Selecting the print layout
-Layout confirmation-
You will receive an email with the layout as it will be printed on the day of receipt.
*This is only for layout confirmation, so the color and image quality may differ from the printed version.
* Once the layout is confirmed, your order will be processed. Delivery time will be calculated from the time your order is processed.
-About the test print-
Based on this order, you can order a test print for color proofing.
Please select from the options on the paper order page.
Price: 1,100 yen/sheet Delivery time: 3 business days
The document will be delivered in a reduced format of A4 size using the same paper and print settings as when you placed your order.
Please note that it takes 3 business days for the test print to be shipped, so please keep this in mind regarding the final delivery date.
If you order 3 copies of A3 size and request a test print for all of them, the total will be 7 business days. *The above is an example and will vary depending on the content and number of copies of your order.
- If you cancel your order after the test print, we will charge you a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of the test print and 50% of the total amount of the actual print order.
- If you are unsure about the paper you are ordering, we can also accommodate an A4 test print (1,100 yen/sheet) on a different paper type by writing this in the notes section.
- If you resubmit the print after the test print and perform another test print, an additional 1,100 yen per page will be charged.
