There is also information that Google is rejecting automatic transmissions from the system due to information about Gmail's failure and cyber terrorism countermeasures against countries related to the recent invasion of Ukraine.
For the time being, PHOTOPRI has done everything that can be done, but there is currently no solution.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you do not receive an inquiry email or order-related reply from PHOTOPRI among customers who have specified their email address as Gmail , please prepare an address other than Gmail and contact us. Please.

長辺と短辺が収まる用紙サイズをご選択の上で、「定形外サイズ」にて納品サイズのご指示をお願いいたします。
例) 200mm×290mmをご希望の場合
用紙サイズ「A4(210×297)」を選び、「定形外サイズ」をご選択の上で納品サイズの「長辺」に290、「短辺」に200とご記載の上でご注文をお願いいたします。
※定形外サイズの場合短辺が1118mm以内であれば、長辺は4mまで対応可能です。まずはご注文ページの一番大きいサイズをお選びいただき、備考欄や納品サイズ記載欄にご希望のサイズをご記載ください。後ほど正規の料金をご案内させていただきます。
※1枚をカットして、2枚の納品になる場合は、納品枚数分の料金を頂戴しております。
