Below are the shortest delivery times for each product.

Please note that this may vary depending on the contents of your order.

■ Giclee print delivery time

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after your order has been accepted (payment and data confirmation completed).

For large documents (7 or more sheets, A2 size or larger) or 10 or more sheets, A3 size or smaller, shipping will take approximately 5 to 7 business days .

If you need more than 20 pieces, the delivery time will be longer depending on the number of pieces, so please consult us in advance.

■Photo card delivery time

For up to 2 sets (20 sheets), your order will be shipped within 3 business days after your order is accepted (payment and data confirmation completed).

For orders of 3 sets (30 pieces) or more, shipping will take approximately 5 business days .

*If it will take more than 5 business days, we will contact you in advance.

If you place this order in the same cart as this order (printing and framing), it will be delivered together with this order. Please contact us for detailed delivery times.

■ Delivery time for all paper samples

Once your order is accepted, it will take 3 to 5 business days for it to be shipped.

■ Trial printing delivery time

Your order will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days after your order has been accepted (payment and data confirmation completed).

■Framing and processing delivery time

Your order will be shipped approximately 14 business days after your order has been accepted (payment and data confirmation completed).

For multiple items or custom sizes, delivery times will be longer, so please consult with us in advance.

■ Caption panel delivery time

5 pieces or less: Will ship within 5 business days .
6 or more items: Will ship within 10 business days .
20 or more: Delivery time will be notified separately.

Please see the printing price list . Orders can be made starting from one sheet.

If the size is not on the list, you can order it as a "custom size".

Please order with a paper size that fits both the long and short sides, and then specify the finished dimensions using the "Custom Size" option .

Example) If you want 200mm x 290mm

Please select "A4 (210 x 297)" , select the "Custom Size" option, and enter 290 for "Long Side" and 200 for "Short Side" when placing your order.

*For non-standard sizes, if the short side is within 1118mm, the long side can be up to 4m. First, select the largest size on the order page, and then enter your desired size in the comments or custom size field. We will inform you of the regular price later.

*If one sheet is cut and delivered as two sheets, we will charge you for the number of sheets delivered.
