About stretch processing
We will explain the basic processing method for each "edge processing" in this service.
In addition, if you cut it yourself or deliver it by imposition, please select "Preserve original size / complete data submission". (If you choose borderless or borderless, the dimensions on the data side of the delivery will change.)
Borderless
"Borderless" is a method in which images and data are enlarged or reduced , and background colors and patterns are printed to the edge of the paper.
In the case of digital camera data that has a different vertical and horizontal ratio from A size, etc., the side that can be cut to a smaller size will protrude about 3 to 4 mm, and the other side will be cut and printed .
The protruding part will not be printed, resulting in borderless printing.

- If there is no specification from the customer, it will be "borderless" in the center placement.
- In most cases, the long edges are trimmed a little too much.
- If there are parts you do not want to cut as much as possible, please specify when ordering.
- If the dimensions of the submitted data match the paper size, the original size will be maintained without scaling.
Bordered
In the case of "Bordered", the image or data is enlarged or reduced , and all images are not trimmed (no trimming), and margins are added according to circumstances (minimum margin of about 3 to 4 mm) and printed within the paper. To do.
However, if there are margins (4 mm or more) in the four corners of the data created in the actual size of the paper, it will not be reduced and will be printed as the original size .
- If you want to specify the top, bottom, left, and right margins, please specify the width of the top, bottom, left, and right margins in the remarks column.
Maintaining original size, submission of complete data
In the case of "Preserve original size/Complete data submission", please select this option if the complete data is submitted and the customer has created the data according to the finished dimensions.
Since it is not possible to select a custom size at the order stage, we are processing with the following corresponding pattern.
■ If the data is smaller than the order form
→ Centered while maintaining the original size, margins will occur as a matter of course.
■ If the data is larger than the order form
→ It will be centered while maintaining the original size, and the area outside the paper size will be trimmed.
■ When the order form and data are the same size
→Although the data will be output as is, there may be a 1-2mm loss due to printer error.
In this case, add about 3mm of extra bleed.
In addition, in the following cases, it is necessary to put instructions in the remarks column.
If you would like to cut the data to the actual size so that there is no blank space and deliver it
→ Please write "actual size cut" in the remarks column.
If you would like to place an order for a custom size, please do not specify the size and simply write "cut to actual size".
If you want to add a specified white border to the four corners of the paper
→ Please specify the width of the top, bottom, left, and right margins in the remarks column. If you would like to add a margin and cut it, please write "specified margin" + "actual size cut" in the remarks column.
